Some work has no API behind it. Sourcing prospects on LinkedIn, pulling data out of a portal, operating a tool that never shipped an integration — for all of it, agents drive a real browser session through the OpenHive browser bridge.

Connecting the bridge

Browser skills need a one-time connection before first use. In the Skills library, a skill that drives the browser is labeled “Controls the browser via the Hive browser bridge — click to connect”. Click it to connect.

What agents do with it

A typical browser-driven run looks like: open a search or profile, read what’s there, decide whether it fits your target, and record the result to the CRM. Agents can open a profile for you to look at yourself when a call needs your judgment.
Browser automation is the surface where rate limits matter most. Platforms watch for activity that doesn’t look human, and enforcement varies by account age and standing. Start conservative on a new account.
